I have a 02 softail heritage does the Tru dual headers come with the mounting brakets for the slip on or do I need to puchase separately

The requisite slip-on mounting brackets are included with the Bassani slip-on mufflers. Mind you, these headers only fit machines equipped with Bassani slip-on mufflers, and not the stock mufflers. So long as you have that, everything you need is included in the box.
