Answer QuestionThe LED board in question is designed to replace the LED board in a Drag Specialties Universal Tombstone LED Taillight. Otherwise, if you were to use it for a custom application outside of that, you'd just hook it up to the OEM taillight wires as defined by the wiring diagrams that apply to your particular machine.
