What throttle cables fit this housing ?

It really depends on what throttle type you select from the menu above. In the case of the single-cable and dual threaded cable options, those work with 1996 and up Harley-Davidson throttle cables that are not of the push-in type. The push-in option, obviously, only works with push-in style throttle cables from Harley-Davidson or an aftermarket supplier such as Motion Pro throttle cables or Barnett Harley cables.

Will this work with Kuryakyan throttle grips?

Provided the throttle grip you're referring to is compatible with the OEM Harley Davidson throttle housing, then yes - it will certainly work with the Joke Machine throttle housing. Just be sure to choose the correct throttle cable type for your bike (threaded, push-in or single cable) and you should be all set.
