For the H-D Milwaukee Eight engine, Cobra modified the PowerPort by enlarging it to become a pulse chamber that accelerates exhaust scavenging. This design produces the kind of power riders expect. Even its cherry bomb shape, bulging from between the heat shields gives a clue to the real power potential it offers.

I received the head pipes today very fast shipping. The install was very straight forward with good directions. The quality of the pipes and heat shields is very nice. The Cobra pipes fitment was perfect very little adjustments needed. Now the sound was exceptional. My 2020 Road glide Special has the new Harley extreme wedge air cleaner and I put the Vance and Hines Torquer 450 slip ons and used the DynoJet power Vision 4 to flash for the new system. These upgrades literally transformed my bike from having asthma to stage 3 breathing what a difference. This was my first experience ordering from Parts Giant and I'am very impressed with their way of doing business. I won't hesitate to buy from them again and they had the best price for the Cobra pipes. Recently had the cam upgraded and decided to do so with the head pipes. Already had Neighbor Hater slip-on’s. Easy install, other than having an issue with the right output, the slip-on did not fit. Had to grind the output to install the slip-on. Other than that install went well. Wouldn’t you know, that was the last step of the install. Pipes sound great and look even better. Wish I had installed much sooner.

2017 flhtkl electra glide ultra limited low
That would depend on what else you have done to your bike. If stock, most likely not necessary. If you have an intake or slip-ons etc, then I would suggest adding a tuner as well.
I have a 2020 Tri Glide Ultra Classic with Cobra 909 4" mufflers 09-20. Will these headers fit this bike?

Yes, if you were to select the FLHTCUTG Tri Glide Ultra Cobra Pro Chamber Head Pipes from our fit guide, you'd receive the correct headers to fit your machine. The 909 mufflers from Cobra will certainly work with the headers as those are designed to fit the stock headers. Enjoy that extra volume!
I am going to use a thundermax ECM it requires 18mm ports. can i get these with 18mm ports.

This particular exhaust comes with 12mm oxygen sensor bungs. You need the Cobra Pro Chamber Dual Bung Head Pipes as those pipes come with 18mm bungs that'll fit the Thundermax ECM's oxygen sensors.
I have nieighbor haters on my bike with the pro chamber head pipes how much power will it add

With a properly tuned engine, intake, Neighbor Hater mufflers and Pro Chamber head pipes on the new M8 engines, you can see power gains around 8-10 horse and up to 12 Ft lbs of torque when properly tuned. I would highly suggest a Cobra Power Pro Black or Vance and Hines FP3 fuel tuner to get the mode power output possible from the new setup.
I have HD screaming eagle slipons on my 2017 m8 street glide. Since they are HD will they work with these pipes?

These pipes are not compatible with any of the HD pipes for M8 models due to the right side slip on design. There is a support near the PowerPort that will not accept HD stock design for the factory or Screaming Eagle slip-ons. You would have to go with an aftermarket muffler such as the Cobra Neighbor Haters or any other slip-ons listed for 2017-2019 touring.

The Cobra Pro chamber head pipes have a larger diameter junction at right slip-on for the 2017-2019 Harley Davidson Touring models. Just keep in mind these headers only work with aftermarket slip-ons. They will not fit factory HD slip-ons due to a clearance issue on the original mufflers design.

This header will fit with any aftermarket slip-ons that are designed to fit factory head pipes. The original HD pipes have a bracket on the right side that will not work with the power chambers design. This is the only reason you would need aftermarket slip ons to work with these head pipes. The S&S MK45 would fit just fine.

Does Cobra consider this work like a 2 into 1 the same way they promoted the previous model of this pipe?

This will work much like a 2:1 system by providing better scavenging over the stock header. The PowerPort collector has been enlarged to become a pulse chamber that accelerates exhaust scavenging. Keep in mind, you can only use these headpipes with aftermarket slip ons designed to fit M8 touring models. These headpipes will not work in combination with stock Harley-Davidson mufflers due to the right muffler slip design.
So long as the Race Pro slip-ons you have are designed to fit Milwaukee 8 touring bikes, you should have no problem fitting them to these headers. It's only when users attempt to fit stock mufflers, or mufflers for Twin Cam Touring models that they run into issues.
Basically, so long as the mufflers are the correct aftermarket items for the model you select from our fit guide, you should have no problem fitting them to your machine.

Cobra's Pro Chamber head pipes will fit any aftermarket muffler for any of the machines you select from our fit guide, including their Neighbor Haters.
So long as you have one of the machines listed in our fit guide, you won't have any problems adding these headers to your bike along with the Neighbor Hater slip-on mufflers.
