Yes - since the throttle body doesn't make any changes to the OEM wire harness, you can certainly use it with a Dynojet Power Commander V. The fuel tables are calculated by the exhaust air/fuel ratio, so whatever you do upstream from that can be tuned to perfection for the S&S Road King throttle body kit.

The kit comes with 5.13 gram S&S fuel injectors. The stock Harley-Davidson fuel injectors produce a maximum of about 3 grams.
