Product Description

Lyndall Racing Brakes

Lyndall Z Plus Organic Brake Pads

  • To develop the Z Plus compound, Lyndall started with a racing brake pad material and worked their way backwards
  • Provides the optimum stopping power that's still suitable for everyday general purpose riding
  • Z Plus pads use a DuPont Carbon-Kevlar (organic) compound that will work as well right out of a driveway as it does after a long day of hard riding
  • Most rotor-friendly pad in the industry
  • Produces no dust, no noise, while providing 20% more stopping torque than the stock pads
  • Sold per caliper

I've only had these on my bike for around 600 miles. If performance keeps up, I wouldn't hesitate at all to buy them again. Excellent stopping power, smooth as can be, and super quiet.

Questions & Answers

  • ARe Lyndall pads really dust free or what

    By: Guest

While no brake pads are, in fact, absolutely dust-free, what sets Lyndall brake pads apart from most other Harley brake pads is that the dust doesn't stick to your bike. It's physically impossible for the pads (and the brake rotor itself) not to produce dust since both parts slowly wear out over time while turning kinetic energy (speed) into heat in order to slow you down.

You will notice a different type of dust on your machine upon the installation of Lyndall pads, but that would be coming from the brake rotor(s), not the brake pads. Furthermore, if you were to install a set of Lyndall brake rotors along with the Lyndall pads, you can expect to notice an even greater reduction in brake dust on your bike when you go to clean it up.
