Will this fit my 1998 honda shadow 750

These windshields are only designed to fit machines already equipped with a Memphis Shades Bat Wing and the requisite Bat Wing Mount Kit. If that's what you have on your machine, then you're all set. Otherwise, you'd need to purchase those two components separately in order to fit that particular windshield.

This particular windshield is only designed to fit machines already fitted with a Memphis Shades Batwin fairing. If your machine isn't so-equipped, we do have all the required components that'll allow you to install that windshield on your bike: Memphis Shades Batwing Fairing for Yamaha V-Star 950 and V-Star 950 Yamaha Memphis Shades Batwing Fairing Trigger Lock Mounting Kit With the Batwing Fairing and the requisite Trigger Lock mount kit, you'll have everything you need to equip your V-Star with a Batwing windshield of your choice.
