In just about every case, Mustang seats will fit machines equipped with a passenger backrest that's attached to the OEM rear fender rails. The seat itself may come into contact with the sissy bar risers, but because the seat's baseplate fits in just about the same manner as the OEM seat, the seat's cover will be able to compress enough to move out of the way.
