Yes, if you were to choose the 2016 Harley-Davidson FLHTCUTG Tri Glide Ultra Classic lift kit from out fit guide, you'd get everything you need to lift the rear of the bike a little over an inch.

This kit is designed to level out the stance of the Tri Glide, which typically sits a little lower in the rear. With that said, you would not need to do anything to the front end.
