Will these fit on a 2024 Ryker Rally 900?

No, these won't work because that machine has a twist grip throttle and these particular grips are designed to work on ATVs that use a thumb throttle. Grips for twist-throttle machines have one grip that's slightly larger in diameter to fit over the throttle tube that fits over the handlebar. The closest grip I have to the 964, would be the 725 EVO which is suitable for use on your machine since it's designed to work with twist-grip throttles such as yours.
