Does it come with torque space with this set if you want to do it yourself

Yes, all of the data for the Feuling parts included with these components have the requisite torque specifications noted in the included instructions. For the remaining OEM engine components, you are to refer to your machine's service manual. If you don't have that manual, we highly recommend you add a Clymer shop manual to your order so you have all the information you need to finish the job right, the first time!
My bike has a thunder max tuner and I would like to know if it will be okay to use with this cam set up

The Thunder Max is an awesome system, and it's certainly more than up to the task of working with this (or any, really) cam chest kit on the market. The biggest factor, however, is that you have a competent dyno technician on hand to get the most out of these components. A good dyno tech can make a huge difference in the performance of anything we sell!

My bike is bone stock will this kit be ok for my engine.
This kit would be a great addition to any Twin Cam engine, regardless of its condition. The 574 grind cams produce a pretty broad band of power, with good low-end power and exceptional acceleration. All of the components are matched to make sure you've got a bulletproof engine come in the box. About the only thing you'll need is a proper tune to get the most out of that new setup, we recommend either a Vance & Hines FP4 or Dynojet Power Vision as both of those allow for the most flexibility and are widely supported by tuning shops everywhere.
