I really like these gribs and have them on several of my bikes. They do a great job of absorbing vibrations. Overall, they are a good combination of comfort (sized bit larger around than OEM) and durable, but not too soft.

what is the fitment for a 2015 Kawaski KLR650 with end connected SW-Motech hand guard?

If you wanted to fit these grips to your machine, all you'd have to do is cut the end of the grip off. Otherwise, just about any 7/8" diameter open-end grip we have would do the job as well since you'd receive grips ready-to-install right out of the box.
