Questions & Answers

Is the stock voltage regulator retained when this Moose Stator-Regulator/Rectifier kit is installed? Or is the stock regulator disconnected/removed?

2003 CRF230F

You are to remove the OEM R/R when installing this kit as it will completely replace the OEM charging components on the Honda CRF230F. This is due to the increased power output of the stator which, consequently, requires a matching regulator/rectifier to properly modulate that additional power.
