I have a performance modified 94 EVO DYNA FXDS with a Mikuni HSR42 (Edlebroc Quiksilver) and an S&S Teardrop kit for CV Big Twin. I've been struggling trying to find the right Mikuni to S&S adapter that actually fits the breather ring pattern in the S&S kit. Sounds like this is what I've been looking for...

There’s no bolt on holes on the carburetor, and the new backing plat has about a 1/4 inch gap between the carburetor and the Arlen backplate
If the bike you have is fitted with a Mikuni HSR 42, HSR 45 or HSR 48 carburetor, then this is the kit for you since your '94 FLSTC rolled off the factory assembly line with a Keihin CV carb. With this adapter, the Big Sucker you'd previously purchased from us to fit your '94 FLSTC should fit your particular configuration without issue.

You would still want some type of support bracket that mounts to the breather bolts such as the Drag Specialties Carb Support Bracket for Mikuni HSR 42/45.
