Is the black on the windshield a matte black color?

Answer QuestionThe black that's sprayed onto the rider-facing side windscreen is a semi-gloss, on the back side at least. Of course, when looking at from the front, it appears glossy by virtue of the windshield's effect on it. If you're concerned about glare, you may want to cover the black portion with something that's non-reflective.
