can you plug the hogtune 2channel amp into this four channel to run 7" woofer in fairings, while four channel run 2front 2rear and front tweeters?

For the best performance you would likely want to use three 2-channel amps to power the six speakers you want to drive. You can have the head unit drive the tweeter or pair them to the front speakers. The 4 channel amp split between 4 speakers only provides 50 watts per channel. If you used the 2 channel apms you would have 112 watts per channel. 50 watts per channel is about twice as loud as a factory HD stereo.
