This part was difficult to find, Have a 1999 twin cam and if you are shopping for this you probably know the aftermarket cams for this engine are not the same as stock, you will need this part. Be careful shopping around, other years use different chains. Comes with everything you need, highly recommend. Wasn't thrilled about spending an extra hundred but its a Harley what can I tell ya.
