How does this mount ?

This is fixed using the included buttonhead bolt and washer that goes on the bottom-facing side of the pad. Once you remove the stock rubber piece from the brake pedal on your bike, you'll find a slot into which the hardware that's included with the pedal is designed to fit. Literally a minute's worth of work to install. :)
