2003 anniversary softail duece fxstd
I charged battery yesterday and not sure but may have fried this part on my bike as smoke in area..removed charger asap..smoke billowing from under front ferring..I removed this part and the stuff oozing out smelled the same..hoping I didnt hurt anything else..im a good mechanic but weak electrician. Thanks
Ugh, sorry for your troubles. We've had pretty good luck with these regulators. They're rather well made and have held up pretty well in one of the Twin Cams we have here. Yes, it's on the expensive side, but so far, so good!
Would this be considered and upgrade, or replacement to stock on a 2010 flhtk?
