This is the worst heel toe shifter ever, a total waste of money, the heel part is so small that u struggle to find it to shift, idk why they wouldn't have made the heel the same size as the toe. bBelieve me DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT find a traditional heel to toe shifter you can actually shift with your heel.
