Yes, if you were to choose the 2004 Harley Davidson XL883 Sportster 883 valve spring kit from our fit guide, you'd receive the correct components to fit your particular engine build. I don't see why 2018 cams wouldn't work with this kit since the valve springs are built to be way more durable than the stock items they replace.
