Does this have a shaft to attach to? Can't turn to see the entire part.....

It depends on the winch you're servicing. If the shaft comes off with the motor you're replacing, or rather - it's part of the motor assembly itself, then yes, it comes with this replacement motor. If the winch's shaft that you have plugs into a keyway on the motor, then the shaft is not included since you are to re-use the original shaft when replacing the motor.
