Are these filler lights turn signals and tail/brake lamps or just running/brake lamps?

It depends on which machine you have.
For Street Glide and Road Glide models, you get the regular backlit LEDs for running lights with turn signal and brake light functions.
On Road Kings, only the running light and turn signal functions will work.
