24 FLTRX trans cover only has 4 bolt holes. Your cover shows 6.

Wish I could post a picture but this trans cover definitely will not fit on my 24 Road Glide unless the 2 center holes are not used. Then the cover looks like its missing bolts.
Great eye! And, you're not wrong, that's for sure. HD for whatever reason, changed the transmission top cover on 2024+ models, but the transmission case itself, OEM part number 34700372, still has a size 6-bolt arrangement that's used on, for example, the 2023 model.
As such, you could add a Drag Specialties Transmission Cover Bolt Kit to you order and then have a nice set of new bolts to go with this Trask vented transmission system.

Does the kit come with clamps, if not what clamps are best to use?

This kit does not include clamps for the air filter element. The hose is a 1/4" inside diameter affair, so anything with a diameter slightly above that would be best.
Personally, I prefer Motion Pro Oetiker Stepless Clamps as they've never failed in any of my builds. You'll want to choose the 7.8mm-9.5mm size in order to work with this particular kit. Otherwise, any stainless steel hose clamp will do the trick.
