Turbocharged RZRs are known for overheating because the charge air cooling system (turbo intercooler) is shared with the engine cooling system. With the Deviant split coolant tank, liquid coolant is forced to stay in a separate system using its own heat exchanger. This makes both systems much more efficient. The factory bypass hose is also eliminated using components with the kit, further increasing cooling efficiency.
