They sound great on a gen2 m8 much louder than stock but not overly loud, I think I'm going to keep them on the bike, they have a nice decel sound and sometimes a pop which is cool and nice growl between gears on acceleration. They give the bike some character.

The pipes look great but sound like stock. I'm going to have to take the baffles out. Do yourself a favor and take them out ahead of time to save your money, Harley labor isn't cheap.

Yes, if you were to choose the 2023 Harley Davidson FLHXS Street Glide Special slip-on exhaust from our fit guide, you'd receive the correct mufflers to fit your bike. They'll bolt straight in place of the stock mufflers in about five minutes. It's a really easy installation.
