Nope! This will work with the OEM kickstand, no problem!
does this work with dual exhaust?

That's difficult to say. These centerstands have only been tested on machines with the stock exhaust components. If the routing of the pipes is the same as OEM, or if your machine still has the original exhaust system on it, then you shouldn't have any problems fitting this kit to your machine.
