Does these fit 2018 road king special FLHRXS ?and are these proven to stop the rain from getting the speak on the saddle bad wet?

Yes, if you were to select the 2018 Harley Davidson FLTRXS Road Glide Special, and your machine is equipped with OEM saddlebags, these would indeed fit your machine. They're specifically made to keep water out of the speakers and, so far, we've yet to receive any complaints to the contrary. They seem to work as advertised.
