Does this come with the backers and nuts

Just the studs or comes with backs and nuts

It really depends on the length of the stud you choose as to whether or not the nuts are included, but none of them include backing plates. Studs measuring 1.080″ to 1.187″ include lock nuts. Studs measuring 1.375" to 1.875" long do not include nuts. All of these studs can only be used with Power Point +Plus Single Backing Plates or Power Point +Plus Double Backing Plates.
