No, the frames are completely different between 2006 and 2007 - so this kit will not fit your machine.
Subframe?

Do I need to buy a newer subframe for this kit to fit? I have a 2015 yz125
Nope - these kits are designed to work with all remaining OEM components on any machine that you select from our fit guide, including the 2015 Yamaha YZ125's sub frame. Provided you have the stock frame, sub frame &etc. on your machine, then you need not buy any extra parts.
This doesn't come with airbox?
