Will these work for a Stock xr100

No, these grips won't fit your machine because it has a twist throttle grip, which is why these are specified as ATV / Personal WaterCraft grips. Machines like the XR100 that have a twist throttle grip require one grip to be slightly wider on the inside to accommodate the throttle sleeve.
