Progressive 944 Series QPS Ultra Shocks

Let's face it, taking off the saddlebags on a Harley Davidson Touring model to adjust the pre-load for a change in rider/passenger/luggage configuration is not always easy or convenient. That was true yesterday, but not today! Progressive Suspension is proud to announce the release of their Quik Preload System (QPS) for our maximum comfort 444 Series and 944 Series touring shocks.

The Progressive Suspension 944 Ultra Touring and 944 Ultra Low with the Quik Pre-load System (QPS) make adjusting the pre-load on PS 944 Series shocks easier than ever before. With QPS, it's no longer necessary to take saddlebags off to adjust the sag when going from a single rider, to a two up riding configuration, and then back to a solo riding experience. This means the suspension can be set up for changes in weight load in less than a minute, couple this with the patented Frequency Sensing Technology (FST), and the result is a perfect ride every time. With 30 complete turns of fine-tuning preload adjustment, the maximum performance of the suspension can be dialed in with a few twists of an 8mm socket. The 944 Ultra Touring and 944 Ultra Low with QPS utilize a sealed gear drive to smoothly adjust preload and offers the same range of pre-load adjustment as the original 944 series shocks. Like all 944 Series shocks, the 944 Series with QPS comes with a Lifetime Limited Warranty.
