Demon Xtreme Heavy Duty Race Spec Radius Rods

The Demon X-Treme Heavy Duty Race Spec Radius Rod is the ultimate upgrade to your suspension system. The high clearance design gives you the additional clearance for your SxS with higher strength on uneven terrain. The radius rods are made from aircraft-grade 7075 T6 billet aluminum, CNC'ed into shape. 7075 aluminum is known for its outstanding strength, superior strength-to-weight ratio and fatigue resistance, making it the top-tier material for radius rod applications. To keep up with structural integrity, Demon uses chrome and zinc-plated heavy duty Chromoly steel heim joints and spherical bearings for maximum strength and corrosion resistance. The joints and bearings are equipped with PTFE inserts, allowing them to be self-lubricating and maintenance free, providing you with long lasting performance and durability.

The top rods are designed with opposite threads on either ends. By simply turning the rod by hand, you can adjust the camber of the rear wheels on-board any time you need to, all while the vehicle is sitting on its own weight. The mid rod can also be adjusted to change the toe-in angle of the rear wheels during installation. After the adjustment, simply tighten the jam nuts to lock in the position.
