I bought this for engine smoothing, I had a slight miss between 3 and 4 thousand RPM, the fuel pack has fixed this issue and for real power gains, but dyno feels a big power gain. V/H fuel pack is easy to install, easy to use and great bang for the buck! Highly recommended

Great tuner, gets the job done. As of May 2026 this is a new release and so has little documentation available. It does operate similarly to the fp4 and is mostly intuitive. I like the app. The tuner really helped my bike run much better. Very noticeable added power and ridabilty. I would like to see better descriptions of what my tunes are. Currently it's just a serial number with no references. Yes I would buy again it really took my bike to the next level. 2014 fat boy low with Vance and Hines short shots, k and n stock style air filter, permanent oil filter running super gas only. Pirelli dragon tires. I would buy again for sure.

The ECU tune is done by a flash process, meaning, the changes are programmed to the bike in one go, when you order it to do so using the Vance & Hines FPX app. After that, you need not keep the FPX on your bike to retain the tune. Obviously, if you wish to use the Trak features, then you must leave the box plugged into your bike for that functionality to continue. But, again, if it's just the tune you need, then no - there is not a requirement to leave the box on your bike to retain the updated fuel mapping.
