  • What payment methods do you accept?

    PartsGiant accepts PayPal, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. To complete payment for your order, you will need to provide the complete credit card number, its expiration date, and CCV code along with the full name and billing address of the person the card is issued to. For maximum security, we do not store your payment information on our servers.

  • How do I track my order?

    You can easily check that status of your order, from initial acceptance to delivery, by logging into your PartsGiant account. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a detailed email message which contains a tracking number so you may precisely follow your shipment from our warehouse to your door. If you have an account with PartsGiant, simply log into [My Account], click on your order and you can easily review your parcel’s progress.

  • My order has not arrived. Where's my stuff?

    All orders ship within the time frame specified on the product page. Shipment times normally range from 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Please check your shipment’s tracking number in order to determine when it should arrive at your door. In the event that your package is subject to an unusual delay, please contact our customer support team right away. In the event of a shipping exception, our customer service staff will quickly work with our shipping carrier to locate and deliver your package.

  • Do you ship outside the United States?

    We do not ship outside the US at this time.

  • Do you collect sales tax?

    PartsGiant only collects sales tax on goods shipped to a Michigan address.

  • How do I cancel my order?

    In the event that you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within one hour of your order submission during normal business hours. Once an order has been sent to our warehouse, it can no longer be modified or cancelled. If we’re unable to modify or cancel your order due to a late cancellation request, it may be returned or exchanged.

  • When will my credit card be charged?

    When placing your order with PartsGiant using a credit card, a credit authorization is placed on your credit card. The authorization will remain pending until your order ships. Once your order ships with a tracking number, we will submit a charge to your credit card. For items purchased with PayPal, your PayPal account is billed immediately upon completion of checkout.
