Cobra Short/Square Sissy Bar
will this fit the cobra sadddlebag support mounts sku 02-6136M?

I just bought the cobra saddlebag mounts and support 02-6136M and 02-6136. can I fit the sissy bar and bracket to the saddlebag mounts along with the saddlebag support? I have a 2016 vt 1300 CR Honda Stateline.
