Centerless ground outside diameter is precisely finished for easy of installation
Each sleeve is shipped with a semi-finished bore and must be honed to the precise clearance recommended by the piston manufacturer after installation in the cylinder block
MOLY 2000 iron alloy material features many of the same alloys that are used in today's plated aluminum cylinders
Two-stroke sleeves are ported with angles, bevels, and chamfers matched as close as possible to OEM but will require port blending work
Each sleeve must be installed by an experienced technician with use of a boring bar, an oven, bore hone and precision measuring instruments
Sold per-cylinder, if your machine has multiple cylinder, purchase accordingly
