Yes, RS-2 exhausts are designed to fit dirt bikes, and offroad motorcycles.

A bike's weight limit has no effect on what type of exhaust that can be used. You would have to examine your bike's manual in order to determine what weight limit it may have.
Does it run on gas?
Yoshimura exhausts are compatible with all types of racing fuel on the motorcycles for which they're listed to fit.
what jet kit works best and what size jets?
2007 Honda CRF450X
Your best bet would be a stage 1 jet kit in the form of a CRF450X Dynojet Carburetor Jet Kit. As to your specific jetting requirements, I can't say for sure exactly what sizes you'll need. No less, the included CRF450 jet kit instructions do an excellent job of explaining how to get a good baseline for your bike's specific configuration. After that, a test ride or two is usually all it takes to get everything dialed in perfectly.
