I purchased this organizer to hold bike registration, insurance card, tire gauge, pencil flashlight, spare glasses, pen, 1/4 roll of electrical tape, 6 zip ties. Installed the organizer after carefully reading and even more carefully following the instruction. Letting the organizer sit for 2 days EMPTY with the trunk lid in the open position. Day 3, placed the above items in the organizer. Went out for a 100 mile ride. The Velcro or "hook&loop" adhesive side came off the lid.
