I have a 2010 Heritage Softail and I wanted to get these. I also need a Tuner and new Breather. I was also going to get a Big Sucker. Do you recommend a tuner and big Sucker breather???

Yes, it would be recommended to add a tuner as well as a new intake/breather in order to get the most out of the full exhaust system. There are many options available and come down to your personal preference and/or mechanical ability.
