Yes, that's correct - these lenses can be put in place of the stock items without issue. You can simply remove the original turn signal lens and bolt this in place. They're shaped just like the OEM parts.
I'm trying to find an OEM front directional lens for a 1998 Honda Shadow VT 750 ACE. Can you help?

If you were to select the 1998 Honda VT750C Shadow 750 A.C.E. from our fit guide which is immediately to the right of the main image, you'd receive the correct turn signal lens to fit your machine. The same lens cover is used for both, the front and rear, on that machine. And, you'll be able to select from either clear, or amber colored lenses to fit the OEM turn signals.
Will these lenses fit a 2004 Shadow Aero?

Unfortunately, K&S doesn't produce a set of stock turn signal replacement lenses to fit that particular machine.
We do have some Kuryakyn Deep Dish Turn Signal Bezels with Lenses that will fit your machine. They come with replacement light bulbs and are available to fit the stock front or rear turn signal assemblies on that particular bike.

K&S turn signal replacement lenses do not come with mounting hardware of any kind. You are to re-use the OEM clip that the screw attaches to in order to fit these turn signals to your machine.

Does it come with screws

No, the replacement lens does not include screws of any kind. You are to re-use the OEM turn signal's screws when installing the lens as the lens is designed to match the shape of the original turn signal lens.
