Bought for a Goldwing GL1200 because it looked like it'd physically fit -- and it does! Even the wheel lock fits the GL1200 perfectly.
The plug doesn't fit the GL1200 harness, but splicing the correct wires from the stock harness's plug into the Emgo's works. The Emgo doesn't have an accessory position, but I didn't care.

Does this part come with a new set of keys or can we still use our original keys

All Emgo ignition switches come with their own keys. They're not compatible with your bike's original keys.

Emgo does not currently offer a replacement ignition switch to fit a 1983-1984 Honda CB650SC Nighthawk 650. I would suggest checking with a local Honda dealer for the OEM part.
