Installation went smoothly, however we didn't realize you were supposed to tune the carburetor afterwards. Will need to look into that more. Both looks and sounds great.

Yes, the FMF silencer will bolt straight up to the original exhaust pipe on your 1998 Yamaha Blaster. In the future, should you decide to upgrade to an FMF Yamaha Blaster pipe, the silencer will also fit that FMF pipe for the Yamaha Blaster.
