Does this come with mounting hardware (orings and springs) for a 2001 YZ250?

There are O-Rings on the side that attaches to the cylinder head, but no springs of any kind. If you need springs, you can find those on our website by visiting the FMF Pipe Spring & O-Ring Kit page.

Will this fit my fmf silencer on my 1998 cr250r?

As long as it is a standard FMF silencer either Turbinecore or Powercore and not an older SST series muffler. Those were proprietary to the SST series headpipes.
Will the Gnarly pipe fit the stock silencer on my 2017 300 xc-w?

FMF pipes for 2-stroke models can re-use the original silencer. You would have no issue installing this Gnarly head pipe with a factory KTM silencer for your 2017 KTM 300 XC-W.
Does it come with all the hardware

FMF pipes require that you re-use the OEM exhaust springs and O-rings in order to complete the installation. In the instance the original equipment on your bike isn't in the greatest shape, we do have FMF Pipe Spring & O-Ring Kits for many models so as to make installation of the new pipe as easy as possible.
