does this have a spark arrestor in it

FMF PowerCore Silencers are not equipped with spark arrestors. They're built for closed-course racing use only.
If you're after an FMF exhaust for two-stroke machines that are equipped with USFS-approved spark arrestors, check out have a look at FMF's The Q Silencer. All of those silencers are equipped with a spark arrestor.
