Just select your 2018 VT750C2B Shadow 750 Phantom from the drop down and you will have no issue installing these pipes to the 2018 model. I would suggest the Cobra Fi2000R Fuel Controller. That tuner is simple to install and ships with detailed installation instructions and a tuning guide. It is preset for a Cobra intake and a set of Cobra pipes.

Unfortunately, Cobra does not produce a set of Streetrod Slashdowns to fit the V-Star 1300. The closest that we have for your bike comes in the form of a V-Star 1300 Yamaha Speedster Slashdown exhaust system from Cobra. About the only cosmetic difference between the Streetrods and the Speedsters is where the mufflers terminate, with the latter being longer. The other, more significant difference is the fact that the Speedsters act more like a two-into-one exhaust thanks to a built-in crossover pipe. Traditionally, 2-into-1 exhausts provide for greater power gains than 2-into-2 pipes. Cobra managed to find a way around that using their proprietary crossover (aka balance) pipes between the two headers so, you get the look of a 2-into-2 design, but the power advantage that comes with a 2-into-1 pipe.
