And do they give the hardware so I don't have to discard the brackets for the saddlebags?
If it's Cobra saddlebag brackets that you have, then you should have no problem installing the sissy bar from Cobra as well. These items are all designed to work together without issue.

I just bought the cobra saddlebag mounts and support 02-6136M and 02-6136. can I fit the sissy bar and bracket to the saddlebag mounts along with the saddlebag support? I have a 2016 vt 1300 CR Honda Stateline.
