Yes, if you were to select the 2001 Kawasaki EX250F Ninja 250R cylinder head gasket from our fit guide, you'd receive the correct unit to fit your bike. The OEM cylinder bore is 62mm, so be sure to choose that size if the engine is otherwise stock.
