Is this all I need to convert my 04' FXDI to gear driven cams instead of the chain?

No, this kit will not convert a chain drive cam into a gear-driven cam set. To do that, you'll need to select an S&S Complete Camshaft Kit. This is due to the OEM cams' teeth having a different shape. They just won't work together. You need gear-driven type cams instead. We have several different versions of S&S complete gear-driven cam kits. With any of those, you'll get everything you need to convert your Harley chain drive cams into gear-driven cams, in one box.
