Is the bearing completely sealed?

Without knowing what machine it is that you have, I can't say for sure. No less, if your ride was originally equipped with sealed bearings, then yes, you'd receive a set of equivalent sealed bearing replacements. They're TC Nitrile wrapped, which makes them rather durable for the long-run as that type of bearing seal does a wonderful job of keeping crud out!
